Opportunity Summary :
What would you do?
- Facilitate the analysis and design of technology solutions supporting delivery functions to ensure business needs are met
- Drive the gathering of requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, business process analysis, use cases scenarios, task inquiry and workflow analyses
- Participate in analysis and verification of requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformance to standards
- Translate requirements from Product Managers into epics and stories for the team with clear criteria around acceptance and behaviour
- Facilitate traceability of approved and base lined artifacts throughout the solution development life cycle to include specifications, design, development, testing, implementation, and defect prioritization
- Collaborate with quality assurance resources and subject matter experts to establish the testing approach including usability and performance needs
- Assist quality assurance leads with the planning and review of test requirements
- Collaborate with other Product team members across Upland and adopt / contribute to best practices on product development
- Facilitate clarification and active participation in defect management activities to confirm requirements and SLAs are being met
- Manages change control activities for affected for planning, development and roll out of product releases
- Prioritize, manage and communicate the product release backlog

At least 3-5years as Product OwnerExperience in practical AGILE and SCRUM with demonstrated ability in delivering incremental value to customersAn excellent team player with a track record of building strong, cross-functional working relationships across departments and functionsClear communication and presentation skillsExpert story writer, you can make the complex simpleFamiliarity in handling complex and ambiguous problems with a flair to break them down into manageable problems and come up with creative solutionsAnalytics experience.Having worked with Power BI or Tableau in building new dashboards, datasets etc.You love working with engineering teams and customers and like to deliver valueTake ownership of the problem right from the start and take actions with proactive communicationExperience working in a distributed teamExperience in contact center environments, or with contact center technology is favorableObsessed with latest technology and how it impacts our marketAnalytics experience.Having worked with Power BI or Tableau in building new dashboards, datasets etc.Qualification :
A bachelor's degree or technical institute degree / certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience is required.Certified Scrum Master or similar.This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis.The duration of these overlaps can change depending on the type of meeting.Upland India has the flexibility to manage your working hours accordingly to help in your work-life balance.
