Creative Designer Position Overview
We are seeking a creative designer to drive visual direction and develop high-quality outputs for our team. The role will involve defining campaign strategies, creating engaging graphics, and collaborating with marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define visual direction for campaigns and projects to align with business goals and brand identity.
- Develop and deliver key visuals, graphics, motion content, and other marketing materials.
- Translate ideas into strong creative concepts across digital, social, and offline platforms.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Maintain a cohesive brand identity by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with global design and motion trends to elevate our creative work.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.3-4 years of experience in creative roles, preferably within e-commerce, advertising, or digital-first brands.Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects, and familiarity with AI design tools.Motion graphics / animation skills are preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
