What you'll do...

• As a subject matter expert at Wayground, you will be responsible for analysing multiple curricula across the world for English Language and Literature and building a skill tree that is unique to our requirements.
• Every domain within the English language has an associated skill list and hierarchy. It will be your job to connect these skills to internationally approved curricular standards.
• You will also review the quality and usability of the resources created in-house using various AI models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• This task is cyclical and iterative, and will require constant revisions using data analysis and testing.
• Your knowledge of pedagogy, expertise in subject matter, and thoroughness in research will be key to succeeding in this role.
