Key Responsibilities :
- Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
- Perform basic AD administration tasks including password resets, account lockouts, and permission management.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot FTP / SFTP servers on Windows systems.
- Install and configure Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Resolve email delivery, sync, and connectivity issues.
- Support in managing and troubleshooting hybrid Active Directory environments (on-prem and Azure AD).
- Troubleshoot biometric attendance devices and basic CCTV camera / NVR connectivity issues.
- Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows), and network connectivity problems.
- Maintain antivirus and OS patch compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal users and external clients to resolve support tickets.
- Provide updates and solutions in a professional and clear manner.
Required Skills :
2 year of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support rolesStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issuesBasic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)Good command of English communication (written and verbal)Strong problem-solving and documentation abilitiesAbility to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectivelyExperience with ticketing systems and remote support toolsFamiliarity with IT asset management practicesInterested candidates can share their resume at - hiring@radarsoft.tech
