  • About the role :

    • We are looking for a seasoned Key Account Manager with a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving successful campaign execution, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
    • The role also demands a strategic mindset to craft customized pitch decks and proposals aligned with the client objectives, brand positioning, and the integrated solutions offered by 91mobiles-including media, content, platform integrations, and event-led activations.

    • Manage relationship with the key accounts with the objective to convert them into long- term accounts and grow business year-on-year
    • Collaborate internally with cross functional teams such as operations, content, technology, product and marketing, to build alignment on campaign deliverables
    • Ensure client satisfaction with superior delivery, professional reports and presentations along with well-planned delight moment
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and pitch decks aligned with the client objectives and brand positioning
    • Track trends, competitor activities and innovations in the industry, and use these insights to craft new solutions and pitch them to key accounts
    • Skills Required :

    • Graduate, preferably an MBA, with around 4-8 years of experience in marketing in the roles of account planning and client servicing
    • An enthusiastic and metrics-oriented marketer who enjoys challenges and pushing his / her limits
    • Prior experience in tech brands / ad agencies / start-ups will be preferred
