Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Autonomous Agentic Systems

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in autonomous agent development to join our team. You will be responsible for building intelligent AI agents that automate critical business processes such as deal qualification, churn prediction, and customer health scoring. Leveraging cutting-edge frameworks and scalable AI infrastructure, you will design, develop, and optimize autonomous systems that augment sales intelligence and drive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Autonomous Agent Development : Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and programming languages such as Python and Java to automate deal qualification, churn prediction, and customer health scoring.
• Sales Intelligence Augmentation : Develop role-specific AI assistants that provide actionable insights-e.g., deal guidance for Account Executives and renewal alerts for Customer Success Managers-integrated seamlessly with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Prompt Engineering & Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) : Enhance chat-based assistants into fully autonomous systems by implementing retrieval-augmented generation techniques combined with real-time data pipelines.
• Observability & Transparency : Build comprehensive tracing, logging, and monitoring systems for agent decisions to ensure visibility and accountability in revenue-critical operations.
• Scalable Inference & Optimization : Improve large language model (LLM) performance for production environments using techniques such as quantization, pruning, and cloud-native deployment strategies to support high-throughput inference.
