Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Staff Data Scientist with 7-12 years of practical experience in the fields of data science, generative AI, machine learning, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a deep, hands-on background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI, along with a proven track record of leading projects and teams. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning solutions that directly impact our strategic business goals. This role requires not only a strong technical foundation but also excellent business acumen and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

AI / ML Solution Development :

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end data science and generative AI solutions, leveraging expertise in LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral) and frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face.
• Implement and optimize techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning with methods like LoRA to enhance model performance.
• Apply advanced machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models to solve complex business problems.
