About the role
To develop and define the optimal planned maintenance regime to maintain our estate and publish technical SOPs for our engineers to undertake all planned maintenance works in compliance with UK regulations
You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence- Driving and implementing Continuous Improvement Projects and innovation for their teams- Manages relationships with multiple stakeholders- Ensure the Technician has a balanced approach towards the Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance work - Identify opportunities of improvement and challenge existing work flows, share insights with the Engineering , Maintenance Capital and Planning Team- Coordinate with the Planning Teams / Maintenance Capital Team / Condition Based Monitoring Team / Engg. Team and understand the optimal frequencies to undertake relevant planned maintenance works at asset level- Maintain accurate reporting to provide oversight on all planned maintenance activities in the field to instill a proactive maintenance culture - Maintain upto date process and ways of working documents with all the relevant stakeholders aligned
