Key Responsibilities :

Preparation and management of Gantt Charts for project timelines

Development and execution of NPD (New Product Development) Project Plans

Identification and addressal of gaps in planning or execution

Analysis of reports related to NPD performance and progress

Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

Monitoring project milestones and updating stakeholders

Supporting documentation and process improvements

Assisting in resource planning and allocation

Ensuring compliance with internal standards and timelines

Reporting progress to management and suggesting corrective actions
