Role Overview :
As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will drive technical hiring from the ground up, working directly with founders and senior leadership. Your role will be instrumental in building a best-in-class engineering, product, and design team, while helping shape a talent-first culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the full-cycle recruitment for all technical roles, engineering, product, and design
- Work as a strategic partner to founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and go-to-market hiring strategy
- Lead proactive sourcing by tapping into your network, referrals, events, and digital channels
- Screen and evaluate candidates for both deep technical capability and culture fit
- Manage the entire interview process, from first touch to offer closure
- Drive talent pipeline development, reporting, and hiring analytics for leadership reviews
- Mentor junior members in recruiting and support process and tool implementation
- Champion employer branding—including content, events, and visibility in external forums
- 4–8 years' experience in technical recruiting;
proven track record with fast-growing SaaS or product tech companies
Strong network within India’s technology talent ecosystem;comfortable engaging passive talent
