Role Description

This is an on-site volunteer position for an Automotive QA (Quality Assurance) and V&V (Verification and Validation) Trainer, based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing and delivering training modules for QA and V&V in the automotive domain. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, guiding students or educators in applying testing principles, developing practical exercises, and mentoring participants on real-world automotive QA scenarios to enhance their skills. Trainers will work collaboratively to ensure participants grasp concepts effectively through hands-on learning and interactive methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Verification & Validation processes, with a focus on the automotive domain.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or public speaking with the ability to deliver engaging workshops and presentations.
• Strong knowledge of automotive testing concepts and tools, as well as standards and compliance requirements related to this field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• A passion for STEM education and the ability to develop training modules in line with the learning goals of students or educators.
• Familiarity with hands-on or project-based learning approaches is a plus.
• Degree or certification in a relevant field such as Automotive Engineering or Quality Assurance is advantageous.
