Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Quality Engineering initiatives across storage, flash, and networking products, ensuring enterprise readiness, resiliency, and reliability.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, promoting adaptability, accountability, and high execution discipline.
• Architect automated test strategies and frameworks, integrating test-driven development and CI / CD for accelerated release cycles in storage, flash, and networking domains.
• Manage projects through the full SDLC, ensuring on-time delivery and effective customer feedback loops into development for all product areas.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation in an agile (Scrum) environment.
