Key Responsibilities :
Presales & Solutioning :
- Lead the solution architecture for Oracle CX Cloud across Sales, Service, Marketing, Subscription Management, and Enterprise contracts.
- Understand client business needs across Quote-to-Revenue , Enterprise Contracts, Subscription Lifecycle , and Service Management to craft end-to-end CX solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations, demos, and value propositions that align Oracle capabilities with business goals.
- Design scalable CX architectures that integrate seamlessly with ERP, SCM, and HCM applications.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to drive opportunities from discovery to closure.
- Represent Oracle in client meetings, industry forums, and partner ecosystems to strengthen the brand’s CX footprint
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong expertise in Oracle CX Cloud (Sales, Service, Subscription Management, Marketing, or Siebel).Awareness of Quote-to-Revenue processes , Subscription Billing , and Revenue Recognition flows.Exposure to ERP, SCM, and HCM integration touchpoints in enterprise landscapesExceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities across clients, partners, and internal teams.
