Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound member calls efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly
Maintain data accuracy and proper documentation as per compliance guidelines
Adhere to service quality and productivity standards
Exhibit strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
Mandatory Skills / Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Typing speed : Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
SVAR Score : Minimum 60
Strong English comprehension, analytical thinking, and multitasking ability
Basic computer proficiency and good business writing skills
Customer-service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Should not be enrolled in any full-time course
Must be comfortable working from office and in night shifts
