Chai Waale - Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual & Automation Testing

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Analyst with expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing to join our fast-paced software development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pytest, fixtures, SQL-based database testing, and be familiar with a wide range of software testing techniques. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high product quality through rigorous test planning, execution, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Perform functional, regression, compatibility, responsive, and integration testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Create and manage detailed test documentation including Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Use Cases, and Test Reports.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using pytest and related tools.
• Execute and validate complex SQL queries for backend / database testing.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts in an Agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Track and manage bugs using tools such as Bugzilla or similar.
• Ensure all test setups are properly configured and maintained.
• Collaborate using tools like Bitbucket, and contribute to continuous integration pipelines.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into test strategies and plans.
• Support the testing of web and mobile applications across multiple devices and platforms.
