Creative Designer (Graphics + Video) - Immediate Joiner

We’re looking for a Creative Designer , who can make ideas look as good as they sound.

At TMM, we work with brands across industries - from startups finding their spark to global names reinventing theirs. Every week is different. Every brief asks for brains and craft.

We’re not looking for someone who just “executes.” We’re looking for someone who cares about the idea, the impact, and the aesthetic. We need someone who doesn't need hand-holding all the time!

Someone who can think visually when words fail. Who can edit a 15-second reel that actually gets watched till the end. Who knows when a layout needs more whitespace and when it needs more guts.

What the role looks like

• Designing and editing social media content (static, carousel, video, podcast) that’s scroll-stopping, not scroll-past.
• Collaborating with strategists and writers to translate campaigns into sharp, visual storytelling.
• Working across multiple industries and countries, where every project teaches you something new.
• Building brand worlds, not just one-off posts.
