We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who lives and breathes creativity — someone who can turn ideas into visuals that speak, move, and inspire.

Your Role :

As our in-house Design & Content Creator , you’ll be the visual voice of Ballad Media. From crafting scroll-stopping social media posts to editing engaging event highlight videos, you’ll be the creative soul behind our storytelling.

What You’ll Do :

• Conceptualize and design visually striking posters, social media creatives, and event announcements
• Edit and produce videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media and brand campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing and event teams to develop creative concepts and content plans
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and media
• Manage design assets and maintain creative workflows
• Contribute fresh ideas and keep up with design & social media trends
