You will be responsible for

Job Summary :

Responsible for lease analytical work, handle data for the landlord and tenant, property teams, coordinate, track rent

review, consents and report. Develops effective association and interact with landlords, agents and UK teams.

In this job, I am accountable for :

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
• Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation within the team.
• Supporting lease administration (in Abstraction, Analysis and Review) for Index Linked Rent and Open Market.
• Delivering the Landlord Consent and processes for Assets & Estates function.
• Effective communication with Landlords, Agents, Property Asset Managers, Retail Partners and Surveyors.
• Ensuring efficient recording of data / files on Lease, Landlords (Contacts, Addresses) and Rent Reviews / Mailbox.
• Tracking and filing of Memos, Consent licenses and certificates; maintain follow-up on system for expirations.
• Develop and maintain team dashboards with accurate information and relevant metrics.
• Collaborating and assisting with data mining and its analysis on lease information.
• Acquiring Landlord Consent, Signed Rent Memo ensuring compliance with property policies and procedures.
• Timely and accurate completion of Rent Memos, Certificates of Consent, updating and maintenance of information on the

legal document, mailbox.
