BMC Helix Developer

Job Summary :

Highly skilled BMC Helix Developer with 8 years of experience in designing developing and implementing solutions using the BMC Helix ITSM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customizing Helix modules integrating with external systems and optimizing workflows to support enterprise IT service management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop custom applications and workflows within the BMC Helix platform.
• Customize and extend Helix modules including Incident Change Problem Asset and Knowledge Management.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs web services and middleware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance and scalability of Helix applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Helix development and configuration.
• Maintain documentation for all customizations configurations and integrations.
• Support upgrades migrations and patching activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

BMC Helix Developer Certification.
