Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Thane. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing project management, leading a team of professionals, ensuring timely execution of projects, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders. The role entails monitoring daily operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the team's adherence to company policies and objectives. The Team Lead will also be responsible for mentoring and training team members.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience as a Team Leader

Project management and leadership skills

Experience in Lead Generation & Sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work on-site in Thane
