Sr System Design Engineer

Mindpool Technologies is hiring for Sr System Design Engineer in Bangalore

Responsibilities :

• Define and own System and Subsystem requirements design from our main Functional domains :
• ADAS / AD; Body; Cockpit; Connectivity; and Powertrain that exceed our Customer user experience and Cost requirements.
• Design, Develop, Simulate and Validate SysML models and Generate EE system requirements.
• Implement systematic requirements management models that exceed industry best practice for completeness, consistency, and correctness (INCOSE and MBSE).
• Relentlessly drive to early life cycle delivery through an agile approach.
• ProvidE requirements to develop HW & SW solutions, based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Design EE System requirements considering Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements.
• Facilitate research, design, development, and engineering skill development for the team.
• Supervision of engineers, contractors, interns and external partners in the team.
• Leading organization of approximately 10-15 people worldwide.
• Responsible for the recruitment of personnel.
• Develop a culture of collaboration, diversity and inclusion.
• Willing to take action and drive results.
