About The Role

CrelioHealth's mobile apps support key workflows that extend lab operations beyond the desktop. This role is responsible for shaping, owning, and improving those mobile experiences, ensuring they are reliable, usable, and aligned with how customers actually work.

The Mobile Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, support, and leadership to define what belongs on mobile, improve existing workflows, and guide the evolution of mobile capabilities over time.

Responsibilities

Product ownership

• Own the mobile product experience across Android and iOS
• Define and maintain a clear mobile roadmap aligned with customer needs and company priorities
• Make informed decisions on feature scope, sequencing, and trade-offs
• Workflow-focused improvement
  
  

Understand And Improve Mobile Workflows Such As

• Report viewing and validation
• Notifications and alerts
• B2B interactions where applicable
• On-field or out-of-office use cases
• Simplify complex workflows for smaller screens while preserving correctness and context
  
  

Execution and delivery

• Work closely with mobile engineering teams to translate product direction into shipped outcomes
• Partner with backend and web teams to align mobile experiences with platform capabilities
• Ensure timely delivery of fixes, enhancements, and incremental improvements
  
  

Quality and reliability

• Use customer feedback, usage data, and support signals to guide prioritization
• Improve app stability, performance, and usability over time
• Reduce friction and errors in critical mobile workflows
  
  

Cross-functional collaboration

• Collaborate with design, engineering, support, and leadership teams
• Communicate product direction clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Represent mobile priorities and trade-offs in planning discussions
  
  

Must-have Experience

3-6+ years of product management experience

Ownership of a production mobile app used by external customers

Experience with B2B, enterprise, or workflow-driven products

Strong ability to break down complex problems into practical product decisions

Comfort working with existing systems and APIs

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Good-to-have Experience

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated domains

Exposure to configurable or white-labelled mobile products

Experience collaborating closely with support or operations teams

Technical fluency to reason about APIs, data models, and system behavior
