Role Description

This is an internship role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations, conducting market research, generating sales leads, and assisting with client communications. The intern will also work on preparing sales reports and maintaining the customer database. This is a hybrid role, meaning the intern will work from our South Mumbai office with some opportunities for remote work from home.

We have a software called Trade India, where we get daily requirements of plate, sheets, coils, nut bolt flanges etc. daily, any the intern will be assigned a task to convert them into sales. Everything about the software will be explained, and the co-founder will be in assistance throughout.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with softwares, and good conversion rate
• Experience with market research and lead generation
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
