About the role :

We're seeking a Sales Associate who can turn inbound interest into meaningful client engagements. The role focuses on guiding leads through the consultation and qualification process, maintaining clean CRM pipelines, and ensuring seamless coordination with post-sales teams. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to meet growth goals, refine sales motions, and maintain strong funnel health.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Engage and qualify inbound prospects through structured consultations
• Manage lead pipelines and ensure data accuracy within the CRM
• Execute consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and close opportunities
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers for smooth handovers and onboarding
• Meet weekly activity goals across connects, demos, conversions, and revenue
