We are seeking an experienced PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Tester to lead end-to-end testing of collections strategies, configuration changes, and system integrations within Experian’s PowerCurve platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in collections workflows, strategy logic validation, and data-driven testing in a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression test suites for PowerCurve Collections.
Validate strategy configurations, Design Studio workflows, and strategy outcomes against business requirements.
Perform functional, integration, system, and UAT testing across PCC modules.
Verify data flows between PCC and external systems (e.g., dialers, payment gateways, core banking systems).
Conduct SQL-based data validation and back-end testing for collections data integrity.
Support test automation for repetitive scenarios using suitable tools.
Track, manage, and prioritize defects, performing detailed root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to maintain QA quality across releases.
Participate in strategy migration testing (Dev → Test → Prod) and perform post-deployment validations.
Skills & Experience
5–10 years of total QA / testing experience, with 2+ years specifically in PowerCurve Collections (PCC) testing.
Strong understanding of collections workflows, segment allocation, and treatment paths.
Proven ability to validate strategy logic and configuration changes.
Proficiency in SQL for back-end data verification and reporting validation.
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI) and batch interface validations.
Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
Knowledge of financial collections processes including hardship, dispute management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
