Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The role is located in New Delhi, but some work from home is acceptable. The Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, and developing CRM strategies. This includes analyzing customer data, communicating with clients to provide exceptional service, and managing projects to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
