Education & Experience : MBA with 10+ years of experience in presales & solution consulting preferably from IT products (supply chain Support & Solutioning :
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to create fit-for-purpose solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
- Lead complex / large / strategic opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, etc. to showcase the value proposition.
- Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and RoI.
- Provide guidance and support to clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to drive the most value from the proposed & Execution :
- Drive the pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with the Global Head - Presales & Solution Consulting.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve the Presales Centre of Excellence by bringing in best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and Advisory :
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
- As a champion of all Beroe solutions, identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients.
- Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution with Cross-functional Teams :
- Collaborate closely with the Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on the proposed solution.
- Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams which could help in refining the product and content roadmap.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing / farming / retention Initiatives :
- Work closely with Customer Success team to understand the dynamics of client engagements and create compelling case studies articulating the value delivered.
- For strategic accounts, articulate the ROI delivered by Beroes solutions through representative scenarios.
- Lead the creation of industry specific solution pitches to bring in more contextualization in the value proposition.
