Responsibilities

Broker Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance brokers to drive business growth and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with brokers to plan and execute sales strategies for general insurance products, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Product & Process Enablement

  • Provide brokers with product training, sales tools, and process support to enhance their effectiveness and improve customer experience.
  • Market Development & Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities through broker networks, expand market reach, and support brokers in tapping into emerging customer segments.
  • Compliance & Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, while tracking broker performance through regular reviews and reporting.
