Internship Overview
As a Customer Success Intern , your role is to prioritise our users' needs while supporting Zomunk's mission of delivering exceptional service. You will gain hands-on experience in customer support, user engagement, and travel assistance while learning how a fast-growing startup operates. This internship will give you the opportunity to interact directly with users, resolve queries, and contribute to improving the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and friendly support via call, email, and social media.
- Assist users with platform navigation, account issues, and premium subscription queries.
- Conduct feedback calls with premium users to gather insights and enhance satisfaction.
- Use travel knowledge to answer user questions about flights, routes, and deals.
- Proactively address user concerns to ensure positive experiences and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to report recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.A problem-solving mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.Interest or knowledge in the travel and airline industry (Google Flights, Skyscanner, etc. is a plus).Empathetic, patient, compassionate, and professional when dealing with users.A genuine commitment to helping customers and learning how to provide effective solutions.Why Join Zomunk
