We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing testing strategies, identifying defects, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in software and applications
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and validate functionality
- Conduct usability and regression testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Maintain detailed documentation including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Participate in design reviews to assess functional requirements and identify risks
- Use test management tools and methodologies to ensure full coverage
- Provide actionable feedback and communicate testing results to stakeholders
- Support developers in defect resolution and perform retesting
- Contribute to process enhancements and quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor user feedback post-launch to identify quality trends and issues
- Assist customer support teams in addressing quality-related concerns
Skills and Qualifications Required :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a Quality Analyst, QA Tester, or in a similar QA roleStrong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycleHands-on experience with test management and defect tracking toolsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and CI / CD processesExperience in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworksExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant certifications are a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment(ref : hirist.tech)
