As a Capital Reporting Associate within the Capital Reporting Regulatory group, you will have the opportunity to build your career in the regulatory space. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing daily and weekly capital adequacy monitoring information, reporting to regulators, and developing familiarity with key reporting tools and regulatory rules. You will also engage in monthly / quarterly reconciliations, trend analysis, and process improvements, while participating in projects and control initiatives that impact financial reporting..

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze daily and weekly capital adequacy monitoring information.
• Report externally to the regulator on a quarterly basis.
• Develop familiarity with key reporting tools such as AXIOM and Capri, as well as CRD4 regulatory rules.
• Reconcile and cleanse data monthly and quarterly to ensure the integrity of reported numbers.
• Review and investigate trends, providing commentary for management.
• Understand the reporting model infrastructure and implement streamlined process solutions to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Participate in non-BAU tasks, including projects and control initiatives that impact the legal entity and financial reporting function.
