Job Description :

An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services remotely, utilizing communication channels such as phone, email, and virtual meetings. This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets without the need for face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Client Engagement : Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions and drive sales.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• CRM Maintenance : Update and manage customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
