As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our Salesforce strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving innovation across the platform.

• Architectural Design : Define and document the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical best practices.
• Solution Leadership : Lead the technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce projects, guiding development teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Integration Strategy : Develop and implement strategies for integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Governance & Best Practices : Establish and enforce governance policies, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
• Technical Roadmap : Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the Salesforce technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and issues.
• Security : Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentorship : Provide mentorship and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery.
