Key Account Manager

Role Purpose -

We are hiring for the role of Co-ordinator- West Region. This is a critical coordination role with a mandate to ensure that the set operational tasks are completed within timeline and ensure efficient and effective coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities we entrust you with -

Responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks within and across teams.

Acting as the central point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among team members. Ensuring all the operational tasks are completed within the deadlines

Will work closely with other stakeholders such as Product, Program Management, Distribution / Sales to identify to monitor and close all operational activities across different teams within the company

Publish reports and dashboards on a timely basis to the internal stakeholders.

Relevant work experience

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams<>

Managed and coordinated the day to day functioning of important tasks like attending to customer service tickets that need business attention, reporting requirements, coordinating with clients to ensure their operational complaints / requests are closed on time

Prepare month end reports and dashboards

Years of experience

Bachelor’s degree with approximately 5 years + work experience.

Experience & Desirable Traits : Experience in handling the operational activities, client service tickets, reports, dashboards.
