Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the Critical Care product portfolio.
- Identify and manage key hospital accounts
- Promote and detail critical care brands (e.g., antibiotics, anti-infectives, and injectables) in assigned territory.
- Execute brand promotion activities, CMEs, and scientific discussions with key stakeholders.
- Handle hospital tendering, rate contracts, and institutional business processes.
- Ensure effective demand generation and timely supply through coordination with distributors and supply chain.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecast requirements, and share periodic business insights with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
