We are looking for an experienced CNC Senior Service Engineer to lead service operations, handle installations, and ensure smooth machine performance at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNC machines at customer locations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments for complex technical support and spare parts management.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health inspections as per schedule.
• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers and junior service engineers.
• Train customers on machine operation, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Document service activities, prepare service reports, and maintain records.
• Support sales teams in pre- and post-sales technical discussions when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor junior service engineers and technicians.
