Project Role Description :

As an Application Designer , you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. By leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) , you will collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, effective solutions. Your role will involve analyzing business needs, designing application solutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) , working closely with teams to provide guidance and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, making key decisions that drive the success of the project.
• Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create technical specifications and design documents that detail the structure and functionality of the application.
• Implement and configure applications in ServiceNow SAM , ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
• Provide solutions to problems for your team and other teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
