We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to help identify attract and hire top technical talent across software engineering cloud data DevOps cybersecurity infrastructure and other IT disciplines. This role is fully remote and requires strong sourcing skills excellent communication and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Source screen and shortlist candidates for IT roles (Developers QA DevOps Cloud Engineers Security Analysts Data Engineers etc.)
Conduct initial technical screening to evaluate skill alignment and role fit
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing interviews feedback offers and onboarding coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Post job ads across multiple job boards and optimize sourcing channelBuild strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Track and report hiring metrics and progress
Requirements
2 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Naukri Indeed GitHub Stack Overflow and social recruiting
Good understanding of IT roles technologies and modern tech stacks
Ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring managers
Strong time management organization and multitasking abilities
Experience working remotely and independently
Familiarity with ATS or CRM recruitment tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for U.S. Canada or international markets
Prior experience in staffing agencies or fast-paced hiring environments
Understanding of recruitment analytics and sourcing automation tools
