Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Pastry Chef located in Dehradun. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and creating pastry items, artisanal breads, baked goods, lamination (viennoiserie, croissants etc) and other dessert offerings. Daily tasks include food preparation, baking, cooking, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards. Additionally, the Pastry Chef will be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while adhering to food safety regulations.
