DLHP aims to serve leaders at all levels via three areas of leadership skills development : Foundational Leadership, Marketplace Leadership and Human Potential. Work you'll do

Within our Development Center of Excellence, you will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities may include :

• Oversee multiple projects within the Leadership Foundations and Human Potential space and assist in project management of projects and track completion of tasks on a periodic basis.
• Conduct secondary research on internal and external best practices in leadership development and behavior change.
• Apply research findings to design learning solutions and strategies.
• Facilitate the development of innovative digital learning experiences focused on leadership and human skills.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
• Consolidate status reports across all projects to update leadership on progress, potential issues, and risks on an ongoing basis.
• Document project specs and detailed plans of action to ensure efficiency and uniformity throughout the project.
• Collaborate to plan, create, and review the learning interventions and experiences for quality and accuracy.
