Job Description

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Engineer to support our Audio-Visual (AV) projects and service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems across a variety of environments, including corporate, educational, and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the installation and configuration of AV systems including displays, speakers, microphones, control systems, and video conferencing equipment.
• Interpret AV system design drawings, wiring schematics, and project documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and assist in project planning and execution.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
• Provide technical support during and after AV system deployment.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on all AV systems and service activities.
• Train end-users or clients on system operation when required.
