Job descriptionA seasoned IR leader exploring for a fresh challenge and strategic influence CFO or finance executive ready to focus on capital markets storytelling A corporate strategist eager to step into a public-facing leadership role An ex-banker or analyst with deep investor networks and IPO experience A hybrid profile with experience across IR, finance, strategy, and capital markets You're a storyteller who can translate complex financial data into compelling narratives and communicate our long term vision and performance eloquently You have a keen eye for detail, crucial for ensuring accuracy in our communications You're unflappable under pressure, ready to navigate market volatility with grace You're a relationship builder, adept at fostering trust with diverse stakeholders You have a strategic mindset, always thinking about how to enhance long term shareholder value
We’re looking for bold, strategic communicators who see investor relations as a leadership function- not just a reporting role.
As our Head of Investor Relations, you will :
- Build and scale an IR function from the ground up
- Develop and implement our investor relations strategy and narrative in partnership with the leadership team.
- Build strong relationships and engage global investors and analysts with a compelling growth story
- Collaborate with our finance team on financial reporting and disclosures
- Provide valuable market intelligence to our leadership team
- Lead crisis communications during market volatility
