(3 Days Left) Senior Analyst – Enterprise Intune Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Microsoft Intune Administration
• Manage Intune Tenant and hybrid endpoints (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome, Mobile).
• Design role-based access in Intune.
• Work with mobile threat defense tools (Symantec, Microsoft Defender).
• Manage compliance and configuration policies, applications, and app protection.
• Create Power BI reports using Intune audit data.
• Mobile Device Administration
• Handle enrollment workflows and mobile app lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot device issues and policies.
• Support Zero Touch and Automatic Device Enrollment.
• Windows Platform Administration
• Manage Modern Desktop, Intune, Autopilot, and Co-management.
• Troubleshoot deployments, task sequences, and patching.
• Work with Active Directory, GPOs, and O365 deployment.
• Client & Operations
• Interact with clients and provide solutions.
• Monitor tickets using ServiceNow and resolve issues.
• Work in rotational shifts and 24x7 on-call support when required.
• Other Responsibilities
• Collaborate with teams and maintain documentation.
• Train new staff on technical processes.
• Ensure compliance and security standards.
