We’re looking for a D2C Growth Manager who can own the entire digital growth engine end-to-end — from campaigns and conversion funnels to customer experience on Shopify. Roles & Responsibilities :
- Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various performance channels including Google, META, AMS, PLA / PCA etc.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance metrics, analyzing data and using insights to adjust and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact and ROI.
- Budget Management : Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective while delivering on KPIs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, design, content, and product) to ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, user experience, and business objectives.
- Shopify Management : Drive end-to-end ownership of our D2C store — from performance tracking, CRO, A / B testing, to ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Market Research : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovative performance marketing strategies.
- Customer Segmentation : Leverage data to create targeted audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to specific groups, improving relevance and engagement.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other marketing platforms.Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and CLTV.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).Must have experience in D2C
