Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth in India markets. The role
blends technical expertise with business development and customer engagement. The Sales Engineer will expand market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to ensure success with our innovative chemical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow market presence in India.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote product portfolio and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Gather customer needs and feedback; collaborate with R&D to refine product solutions.
- Act as the bridge between customers, sales, and R&D to resolve technical issues and achieve sales
targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or relatedfield .
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.For R&D / Technical Support profile : at least 2 years of R&D experience.For Sales profile : at least 3 years of frontline sales experience.Strong knowledge or hands-on experience in at least one application industry (e.g., personal care,household care, coatings, pharmaceuticals, construction, agrochemicals, textiles, oilfield chemicals).
Solid technical foundation and familiarity with process technologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Skills Required
