Business Analyst with Telecom Domain

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with Telecom Domain to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsible

• Ensure appropriate mapping of new product developments, capability enhancements and operational efficiency changes onto business processes.
• Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organisation to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritisation
• Partner with stakeholders and customers on how we shape the products and how we make them a reality.
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
• Contribute to the development of business change plans and benefits profiles
• Engage with stakeholders and relevant subject matter experts to identify, collate and understand the detailed business requirements behind an identified business problem or opportunity
• Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design / user experience, engineering, and user enablement
• Responsible for managing all aspects of product delivery, including managing scope and plan strictly against contract.
• Delivery - BA deliverables planning and management & workshop planning and facilitation
• Conducting impact assessment and supporting business change activities
• Preparing / Reviewing user acceptance test scenarios and scripts
