Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. The Recruiter will coordinate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and ensuring timely hiring to meet the organization's needs.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
