As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a

Manager - Talent Acquisition

with strong experience in

bulk hiring, sales recruitment, and campus programs

to join our core HR team.

Role Overview

This role involves

end-to-end ownership of bulk and campus hiring , primarily for sales and business roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who enjoys managing large-scale hiring drives, engaging with placement cells, and building strong pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

bulk recruitment drives

for sales and field roles across multiple regions.

Manage

campus recruitment programs

• outreach, pre-placement talks, coordination, and execution.

Develop and maintain a strong

candidate pipeline

for recurring sales hiring needs.

Partner with leadership to understand headcount plans and execute hiring strategies.

Manage sourcing channels, recruitment vendors, and campus tie-ups.

Maintain dashboards, hiring MIS, and weekly reporting for management.

Drive

employer branding initiatives

on campus and online.

Implement creative sourcing strategies for freshers and entry-level sales roles.

Ensure seamless coordination from candidate screening to onboarding.

Candidate Profile

Graduate / Postgraduate with

4 - 8 years of recruitment experience

(EdTech, BFSI, or Sales hiring background preferred).

Proven experience in

bulk hiring and campus recruitment .

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS - applicant tracking tools.

Data driven and process oriented.

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice

will be prioritized.
