About Position :
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong domain expertise in BFSI and specialized knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud Prevention. This role involves working closely with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to define and deliver high-quality product requirements and solutions

What You'll Do :
You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions by defining detailed functional and non-functional requirements, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring successful product delivery.Collaborate with architects, R&D, product managers, and vendors to understand high-level design and requirements.Define detailed functional product requirements including source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, and data integration needs.Specify non-functional requirements related to performance, scalability, and serviceability.Interface with customers to gather data requirements and support product implementation.Facilitate clear communication between multiple product and engineering teams.Prioritize and scope user stories with product management and engineering for timely delivery.Define acceptance criteria for user stories and conduct internal product demos.Provide functional test considerations and support customer support, presales, and product teams.Recommend product features and design improvements to meet strategic goals.Expertise You'll Bring :
We expect you to have strong analytical skills, domain knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.4–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst.BFSI domain expertise – Mandatory.Knowledge of AML or Fraud Prevention – Mandatory.Proficiency in writing business use cases, scenarios, and functional test cases.Strong understanding of SQL and data analysis.Hands-on experience with source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, and data management.Familiarity with schemas, metadata, and standard banking interfaces.Experience in data integration, data quality, and validation.Ability to create specifications from business requirements and communicate them effectively to software teams.Strong communication and presentation skills in English.Experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Proficiency with tools like MS Teams, JIRA, AHA, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Visio.Benefits :
