Position Summary

An Agro Products Company is seeking a Senior ERP Implementation and Optimization Engineer to lead the full lifecycle management of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

This includes managing complex projects such as system upgrades and new module implementations, providing expert troubleshooting and maintenance, and ensuring the ERP architecture strictly supports our agribusiness operations and regulatory compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader and functional expert capable of driving efficiency and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation, Design, and Upgrades

• Lead core project phases, including requirements gathering, conducting gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, and data migration.
• Design and manage system testing (UAT, integration testing) and the deployment of new modules and system upgrades.
• Write detailed technical specifications and ensure system development aligns with functional requirements.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / BTech

Technical / Functional Demonstrated expertise in one or more major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

Methodology Familiarity with standard project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Soft Skills Communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to translate technical concepts for business users.
