We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with strong functional knowledge and excellent client engagement skills. In this role, you will support the sales team by delivering product demonstrations, preparing solution proposals, and translating client needs into compelling solution designs.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in Business Central (or NAV) across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, with significant experience in solutioning, presales presentations, and proposal preparation .
Key Responsibilities :
1 .Pre Sales and Solution Consulting :
- Conduct product demonstrations , POCs, and workshops tailored to client requirements.
- Lead requirement discovery sessions to understand business challenges and propose BC solutions.
- Create high-quality solution blueprints , value propositions, and presales documentation.
- Develop process flows , solution architecture overviews, and module-level conceptual designs.
- Prepare competitive and compelling proposals, BOQs, and RFP / RFI responses.
2.Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team during prospecting, qualification, and client presentations.Assist in building sales strategies and positioning Business Central against competitor ERPs (SAP B1, NetSuite, Tally Prime+).Support commercial discussions by providing solution clarifications and scope boundaries.Demonstrate ROI through business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and productivity improvement metrics.3.Product Expertise.
Stay updated on the latest Business Central features, updates, and Microsoft roadmap .Demonstrate best practices in Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Projects, and basic Manufacturing.Prepare demo environments customized for each industry vertical.4 Proposal and Documentation

5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV (Functional + Presales).Strong business process knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Projects .Excellent presentation skills (online and onsite).Ability to convert business pain points into solution stories.Skilled in preparing presales artefacts : proposals, PPTs, capability decks, SOW inputs.Experience conducting C-level discussions and leading workshops.Strong documentation skills.Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools .Knowledge of Manufacturing, Service Management modules.Experience with cloud migration (NAV → BC).Microsoft certification (MB-800 or related).Familiarity with AL extensions (basic understanding).Excellent communication and storytelling ability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.High level of professionalism and client handling.Team-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
